Always tired?

    Anxiety, worry and stress are all contributing factors to constant tiredness.
    Negative thoughts will lead to tired minds, try thinking positive and clear your mind daily.

    Slow deep breathing and observing your thoughts will help to ease those constant tired feelings.



    This is great advice. I try to stop and actively relax (if that doesn’t sound weird!) for at least 5-10 mins a day, and it always surprises me just how tense and wound up my body feels when I do. Even if I don’t think I’m stressed my body clearly knows different! I wish I had more time to switch off but I find that even such a short burst of inactivity where I focus on me makes me feel loads better and refreshed.
