A member of my family has IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). It is an awful condition and sees her only able to eat certain foods.

It causes her much pain and she cannot go to the loo as often as most, on average once every 3 weeks.

Does anyone else suffer with this?

My nephew is lactose intolerant, he cannot have dairy or cation other foods. When he was born he was allergic to powdered milk so we had to give him soya milk, this in turn rotted his teeth as he wasn’t getting the calcium he needed.

Anyone have any food busting ideas for an IBS and Lactose Intolerant sufferer?

My friend suffers from IBS and she swears by cutting back on fruit as a way to stop the bloating. She also reckons that not eating too much starchy food helps.
