To promote healthy eating get your kids cooking! My kids love helping to cook and I find it is a great way of encouraging them to eat new things! Try pizza with tomato and vegetable toppings, and most children love making cakes (add fruit to give a nutritious kick). Even toddlers can help with stirring, while asking their opinion makes it harder for them to refuse the food!

I have had 5 children and i have been very lucky as my first labor was only 40 minutes, and all the rest have been 10 minutes longer each time, i never had time for any pain relief with any of them.

Get kids involved in growing fruit and veg – our kids love helping to plant seeds and look after them. Also get them to help with cooking – they are more likely to eat things if they’ve seen them grow/helped to prepare them!

When in the supermarket get kids interested in fruit & veg by asking them to guess the names of various fruits/vegs, make it into a game. Let them pick something new to try each week.

get your little one used to healthy fruit snacks and water rather then bad sugary snacks and juices from a young age, they will be healthier, I got my little one used to just drinking water when shes thirsty and healthy fruit snacks rather then chocolate and crisp or snacks full of sugar
