Keep lists of what’s in each freezer drawer, it helps to make sure you don’t waste food, buy unwanted items and also to plan out meals according to what you have in.

When your little one arrive, ban people from visiting for at least a week after. Give yourself time to recover and spend that week bonding and enjoying motherhood without disruptions.
