AnonymousInactiveI always make extra of anything I can freeze, casseroles, stews, pasta sauces. I cook everything using fresh ingredients (no jars/packets) and this really helps me save time but means I know we are still eating well!

AnonymousInactiveGet fussy eaters involved with prepping and cooking dinners. That way they will get a feel for textures,smells,tastes and are more likely to eat something they’ve helped prepare and create.

AnonymousInactiveMy best tip would be to meal plan as much as possible. Its the main way I’ve found to cut my food bill – but you do have to stick to your list and not get tempted by extras!

AnonymousInactiveAlways pack a spare change of clothes when you go out, especially for newborns. I always pack a fleecy babygro and vest as they dont take up much room and will do as a full outfit if baby is sick/nappy leaked/dribbles everywhere
