I have just read this article in the daily Mail which is quite startling. I’m a born worrier and it really makes you think why am I like this? For me i guess I don’t have a lot of confidence so on the back of that I worry about all sorts of silly stuff! You just have to sometimes chillout and relax, a lot easier said than done but I’m going to try!

I’m a worrier too, about everything, not good for your health is it?

It’s not good for your health at all. It is hard these days not to worry about things, but everyday life is a worry in itself! I guess the trick is not to over think things, as this often escalates way out of control and makes what is something relatively small into something massive, this is what most of us do, spending all our time worrying about ‘what ifs’ instead of putting things into perspective.
