Garden peas for veggie soup

Suitable from 6months old


• 8fl oz garden peas

• 10fl oz vegetable stock

• 1tbsp olive oil

• ½ a leek, sliced

• 2 mint leaves, chopped


• Saute the leek in the olive oil for 5 mins until tender. Add the stock and bring to the boil.

• Add the peas and mint then lower the heat to simmer for 10mins, until the peas are tender.

• Remove from the heat and puree.
